The mission of the Town Clerk's Office is to serve all Durham residents with efficiency, accuracy, and courtesy.

The Town Clerk is responsible for the registration and management of all vital events and records occurring within the town of Durham. These include births, marriages, voter registration, auto registrations, and deaths. In addition to vital records, the Office records all official documents of the Town of Durham.
