Dear Todd and Michael,

I am writing to express our full support of the proposed ElderCare Facility at the Durham Business Park.  

Durham has let that property lie fallow for way too long.  --Opportunities lost.   Now comes a proposal 
that is clean, attractive, and needed in the area.  We are getting another chance.  And, as frosting on the 
cake, we know we will be dealing with a local contractor of high repute.

I had intended to come and speak personally at tonight's hearing.  However, I see that the agenda is 
quite packed.  If the Business Park item comes forth, it will probably not be until 10:00pm.  I will be 
watching on TV but, if things run that late, I will probably not come down to Town Hall at that hour.

Maybe I will get a chance to speak on this matter publicly and affirmatively in the future but, at the 
least, I want you to know that my husband and I are residents who are totally in favor of development of 
an Elder Facility at the Business Park.  We hope you will facilitate this process and make it happen.
