Hello, Mr. Behrendt,
 
I understand the business owners concerns about the loss of property values downtown.  But I 
am more concerned about developing more student housing.  And if we have more student 
housing that there is a demand for, that is not in the best interest of the downtown business 
owners.  
 
It seems like the health of any place or person is partly based on balance.  We do need to have a 
balanced community with a variety of businesses to maintain a healthy community.
