Map 14, Lot 16. Hello Corey, I am responding to your phone message to me. Yes, that is fine to do what you described. Since you cannot record the easement deeds until you have a buyer you can record the subdivision plat now and the easement deeds later when you have a buyer. I am modifying the approval administratively to reflect this. Subsequent condition 1) on the subdivision is modified so that the three easement deeds will be recorded later, separately when there is a buyer for the new lot. You will still record the plat, notice of decision, and deed (for the boundary line adjustment) together, and then the plat for the subdivision at the same time or shortly afterward. You submitted drafts of the three easement deeds to our office already. Thank you.
