Please say no to the requested variances. The traffic situation at the shopping center is already difficult 
and hard to manage . It has become so difficult to enter the area during the school year that we choose 
to do our significant shopping at other centers. Additional residences will cause more hardship and is 
not appropriate .We have sufficient housing for students . 
The brook is vulnerable and should not be endangered . We have repeatedly asked that these variances 
be denied and again we say no to both requests. Thank you Diane and Frank McCann Oyster River Road
