Unfortunately I will be unable to attend the meeting tomorrow night.  As a home owner and resident of 
Cedar Point, I would like the Board approve the variances requested for 24 Cedar Point Road. I have 
seen the plans and believe the house would be lovely addition to Cedar Point Rd.  It seems to be very 
much in keeping with waterfront lot.
