Previous Service on Governmental/Community/Civic Boards:
I served on the Durham Planning Board for 2 years in the 1970s and also on the Advisory Budget Committee for Oyster River District School Board for 4 years. I am currently on the Library Board of Trustees and serve as its treasurer.
Reason for Interest in Running for Elected Office:
I wish to continue serving on the Durham Public Library Board of Trustees as its treasurer in order to support the present Board and library staff. The library is a vibrant entity that provides vital services to the entire community.
