The mission of the Town Clerk/Tax Collectors' Office is to serve all Durham residents with efficiency, accuracy, and courtesy. Our Office is responsible for the registration and management of all events and records occurring within the Town of Durham. These include births, marriages, deaths, voter registration, vehicle titling and registration. In addition the office collects and processes all payments and records all official documents of the Town of Durham.
