NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Resolution #2018-22

The Durham Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 17, 2018, in the Council Chambers at the Durham Town Hall on a resolution authorizing the issuance of long-term debt not exceed One Million Four Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($1,410,000) for the purpose of bonding various 2014-2018 capital projects and equipment purchases.

The proposed resolution is available for viewing in the Administrator’s Office located on the second floor of Town Hall at 15 Newmarket Road during normal office hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Interested citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing and express their views.
