V. Oyster River Bridge. Update by Dennis Meadows about proposed pedestrian bridge over the Oyster River leading from Thompson Lane to Stevens Woods.
VI. Land Stewardship. Ellen Snyder, Land Stewardship Coordinator.
A. Update and other matters
B. Appointment of At-Large Members to the Land Stewardship Committee. The purpose is to formalize these members who have been serving on the committee. The following terms are suggested. At-large members for the committee could be added in the future if desired.
Ann Welsh:3-year term (Sept 2020 - Sept 2023)
Vin Dell’Ova:2-year term (Sept 2020 - Sept 2022)
Gale Carey: 1-year term (Sept 2020 - Sept 2021)
VII. Application Materials for WCOD and SPOD Projects. Proposed set of questions about wetlands and water features and resource list to be given to applicants and revised application and checklist for Wetland Conservation and Shoreland Protection projects.

This meeting of the Conservation Commission is a hybrid meeting. One or more commission members will be physically present in Council Chambers and the other commission members will participate live via Zoom teleconference.

Members of the public may provide input on any matter before the commission in one of three ways:
1) Email. Send an email to Karen Edwards, Administrative Assistant, at kedwards@ci.durham.nh.us by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting (You can also mail or fax a letter);
2) Zoom. Participate in the meeting via Zoom. See the instructions below.
3) Physically attend the meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to send an email or participate via Zoom rather than attending in person, but at this time it is still acceptable to attend the meeting in person provided that all proper health precautions are taken. There may be no more than 10 people in Council Chambers at any time and social distance must be maintained.
The public is welcome to speak about any specific agenda item when that item comes up on the agenda and about any other appropriate subject during Public Comments time.

These are LIVE Public meetings and we ask that your audio and video be muted. If not, the host will mute them for you. Participants will have the opportunity to comment during Public Comments, or when a Public Hearing is opened. PUBLIC INPUT INSTRUCTIONS: Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the Town of Durham will be taking extra steps to allow for public input during public meetings while still ensuring participant safety and social distancing. Per Executive Order by Governor Sununu, scheduled gatherings of 10 or more people will be prohibited. Therefore, those wishing to share comments are required to do so via email by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
