Mill Plaza – Conditional Use in WCOD and SPOD.  7 Mill Road.  Application for conditional use for construction within the Wetland Conservation and Shoreland Protection Overlay Districts.  The Commission will make a recommendation to the Planning Board as part of the site plan application for redevelopment of the site.
