50 Newmarket Road Upgrades to Existing Driveway
April 2, 2015
Former Mill Pond Center Subdivision – Shared Driveway. Application for improvements to shared driveway serving 2-lot subdivision. The shared driveway will extend about 250 feet from Newmarket Road. Four foot gravel shoulders will be added on both sides of the existing paved driveway, the existing tree line will be pulled back to accommodate the shoulders and a drainage ditch, the mouth of the driveway at Newmarket Road will be repaved and regraded, the shoulders will be regraded as needed, and several trees measuring 12” and larger will be removed.
