Heritage Commission Review of Barn at 56 Dover Road
July 6, 2017
Public Hearing – Barn at Riverwoods Marketing Center. The Heritage Commission is holding a hearing to receive public input on the proposed design for the conversion of a former barn into a marketing center for the Riverwoods Continuing Care Facility which is proposed for the adjacent parcel. The Heritage Commission may submit nonbinding comments, at its option, to the Planning Board which is now reviewing a site plan for the marketing center. The property is situated on Route 108 just north of the Route 4 interchange. It is not located within the Durham Historic District. The RiverWoods Group, applicant for site plan review.
