APPROVED - PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Harriet Forkey & Jere Lundholm, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article XII, Section 175-54 and Article XIV, Section 175-74(A&B) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the demolition and rebuilding of the existing garage with a 200 square foot larger footprint with master bedroom above within the shoreland setback and to permit the replacement of an existing septic system within the shoreland and property setbacks.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 11, Lot 33-0, is located at 104 Piscataqua Road, and is in the Residence C Zoning District.
