Penhale Rev Trust, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article IX, Section 175-30(D)(3)(c), Article XII, Section 175-54, Article XIII, Section 175-65(F), and Article XIV, Sections 175-74(A&B) and 175-75.1(E) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a replacement septic system and leach field and to permit the construction of an attached garage, increasing the building footprint by more than 15 percent, all within the sideyard, shoreland and wetland setbacks.
