PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Paul Eja, Durham, New Hampshire, for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Article XII, Section 175-54 (note 7) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a building height of greater than 35 feet but no higher than 40 feet for an addition to a commercial building.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 5, Lot 1-2, is located at 49 Main Street, and is in the Central Business Zoning District
