PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Young Drive LLC, Francis Chase, Beverly, Massachusetts, for an APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION in accordance with Article IX, Section 175-29(B)(1-4) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of a new duplex residence with parking in the wetland and shoreland districts.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 4, Lots 42-11, is located at 5 Young Drive; and is in the Coe’s Corner Zoning District.
