50 Madbury Road Variance Application

PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Theodore S. Mulligan Rev Trust, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article XXI, Section 175-111(G)(5)(a) and Section 175-113 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit eight parking spaces rather than the required ten parking spaces on a property and to waive the required five-foot strip of landscaping and solid screening.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 3, Lot 1-2, is located at 50 Madbury Road, and is in the Residence A Zoning District.
