Wright, Nottingham, New Hampshire, on behalf of Robert & Gale Teeri Living Trust, Carrabasset Valley, Maine, for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article XII, Section 175-54; Article XIII, Section 175-59(A)(2) and 175-65(F); Article XIV, Section 175-74(A1 & B1); and Article XV, Section 175-79 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the placement of a septic system within the front and side yard setbacks, within the flood hazard overlay district, within the wetlands setback and within the shoreland setback.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 11, Lot 28-1, is located at 66 Piscataqua Road, and is in the Residential C Zoning District.
