PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Perley Lane LLC, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article XIII, Section 175-65(A) and Article XIV, Section 175-75.1(A) of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to plant grass within the wetland and shoreland buffer zones.  The properties involved are shown on Tax Map 1, Lots 16-22 & 16-23, are located on Perley Lane, and are in the Residence A Zoning District.
