Request for 2nd Extension on Approved Variance

REQUEST FOR SECOND EXTENSION as per RSA 674:33(I)(a) on an Approved Variance from December 10, 2013 to permit the construction of a new, two-car garage with a one bedroom dwelling unit and a placement of a septic system within the wetland setback.  The first extension was granted on December 13, 2016.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 6, Lot 2-4, is located at 9 Foss Farm Road and is in the Residence B Zoning District.
