Request for Extension on an Approved Variance

REQUEST FOR EXTENSION as per RSA 674:33(I)(a) on an Approved Variance from May 13, 2014 to permit the construction of an attached one and one-half story, 26’ x 36’ addition to a legal non-conforming dwelling within the shoreland and sideyard setbacks.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 12, Lot 16-14, is located at 15 Edgerly Garrison Road and is in the Residence C Zoning District.
