CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Andy Grabnickas, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Article II, Section 175-7, Definition of Structure, and from Article XII, Section 175-54, of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to allow for a variance for the construction of an 8-foot fence on the side yard property line.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 11, Lot 24-4, is located at 118 Piscataqua Road, and is in the Residence C Zoning District.
