CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Scott J. Winslow, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS from Article XXI, Sections 175-111(B)(2) & 175-111(C)(2)(b) of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to allow for the widening of the driveway and the parking of more than three vehicles in the front setback with one parking space encroaching on the side setback.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 6, Lot 5-55, is located at 15 Garden Lane, and is in the Residence A Zoning District.
