CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Emery & Elizabeth Johnston, Newbury, Massachusetts, for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article XIII, Sections 175-59(A)(2) and 175-62 of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to construct a deck on the rear of the house, with carport and dry cold storage space below, and to construct an addition on the rear of the house; both structures being within the wetland setback.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 6, Lot 4-12, is located at 1 Hoitt Drive, and is in the Residence A Zoning District.
