PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by David Hills, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE  from Article XXIII, Section 175-126(A) of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to create signage in excess of 48 square feet in size for a commercial property.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 11, Lot 22-3, is located at 147 Piscataqua Road, and is in the Residence C Zoning District.
