PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by John Randolph, Harmony Homes by the Bay, Durham, New Hampshire, on behalf of Grant Development LLC, Newmarket, New Hampshire, for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Article XII, Section 175-53 of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to permit a horse stable as an accessory use to an eldercare facility.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 11, Lots 27-1 to 27-7, is located on W. Arthur Grant Circle (formerly Durham Business Park), and is in the Durham Business Park (DBP) Zoning District.
