PUBLIC HEARING on a petition submitted by Attorney Sharon Cuddy Somers, Exeter, New Hampshire on behalf of Chris & Dawn Digiammarino, Durham, New Hampshire for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Article II, Section 175-7, Definition of Agricultural Building, Existing, and from Article XX, Section 175-109(P) of the Durham Zoning Ordinance to allow for outdoor activities to support the reuse of an existing structure under the definition of existing agricultural building.  The property involved is shown on Tax Map 16, Lot 30-0, is located at 21 Winecellar Road, and is in the Rural Zoning District.
