Energy
Raiser this Sunday in Durham

On Sunday, August 30, 2009, the
Seacoast Area Renewable Energy Initiative (SEAREI) volunteers will be installing
a solar hot water system. All in town are invited to stop by and learn about
SEAREI, about the system and process from 12-1. Installation will be going on
throughout the day from 9:00 AM until the hot water starts flowing -- probably
in the mid-afternoon. Learn about the benefits of solar heat, about the costs
and benefits of the system and about a local group that can help you make the
transition.

The party will be at the Gardner's house, 1 Steven's
Way (from Mill
Road, turn left on Foss Farm, which becomes
Stevens
Way). Look for the signs. This is the second solar
energy raiser in Durham and the third of the fledgling SEAREI
organization, so come check it out!
