About The Class

All levels are welcome to join a yoga class at Durham Parks and Recreation. If you want to come check us out, your first class is free! Yoga has many benefits including: physical health, mental well-being, reducing stress and anxiety and even changing your perspective about life in a more positive direction.  The yoga practice and yoga teachers at Durham Parks and Rec welcome students of all levels.   If you have never done yoga, this is a very non-intimidating place to try yoga for the first time.   Our certified Yoga teachers are sensitive to creating an environment that is flexible and accommodates all levels.  So come join this fun, informal and welcoming community of yoga practitioners. 

-Yoga Classes take place at the Parks & Rec. building.  $40 per 8-week session. $10 /drop-in. DPR

Yoga Schedule:
Mondays at 6:00am & 5:00pm, Tuesdays at 7:15pm, Thursdays at 6:00am & 5:00pm.

Cost is $40/ 8 sessions OR $10 drop in.
