PUBLIC HEARING on Ordinance #2019-03 Re-Off Street Parking
The Durham Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Durham Town Hall on the following ordinance:
Ordinance #2019-03: a Planning Board-initiated amendment to Chapter 175 “Zoning” of the Durham Town Code to rewrite Article XXI –Off Street Parking, and to modify other language in the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to parking.
The proposed ordinance is available for viewing in the Administrator’s Office located on the second floor of Town Hall at 8 Newmarket Road during normal office hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or on the town website at http://www.ci.durham.nh.us.
Interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing and express their views. Questions regarding the proposed ordinance should be addressed to Town Planner Michael Behrendt at 603-868-8064, mbehrednt@ci.durham.nh.us. Written comments may be mailed to the Administrator’s Office at 8 Newmarket Road, Durham, NH 03824 or sent by electronic mail to jberry@ci.durham.nh.us.
