PUBLIC HEARING on Resolution Bonding $3,145,000 for various capital projects & equipment purchases

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING              

At its meeting on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 7:00 PM The Durham Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on a resolution authorizing the issuance of long-term debt not to exceed three million, one hundred and forty-five thousand dollars ($3,145,000) for the purpose of bonding various 2017-2021 capital projects and equipment purchases. The meeting will be held in the Council chambers at the Durham Town Hall located at 8 Newmarket Road, Durham, NH.

Although members of the Town Council will be meeting in Council chambers, members of the public may participate via Zoom teleconferencing or in-person. Participants desiring to attend via Zoom must pre-register for the meeting and may do so by going to the Town of Durham website, www.ci.durham.nh.us. On the homepage at the left is a box with “Latest News”. Under that box, click on “Zoom Video Conference Meetings”; then click on the Town Council meeting link to pre-register.

The proposed resolution is available for viewing in the Administrator’s Office located on the second floor of the Town Hall at 8 Newmarket Road during normal office hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or on the town website at www.ci.durham.nh.us.
