4 Griffiths Drive Amendment to Conditional Use Permit Approval

4 Griffiths Drive – Change in access for Nitrogen-Containment Project. On November 18, 2015, the Planning Board approved a conditional use on a single-family property to install a permeable reactive barrier to prevent nitrogen from the septic system from migrating to the watershed. The applicant is requesting a change in the route that will be used for construction access. The activity will occur within the Wetland Conservation and Shoreland Protection Overlay Districts and the change will be reviewed under Sections 175-60 B. and 175-71 B of the Zoning Ordinance.
