Amended Site Plan & CUP for 10 Pettee Brook Lane
November 14, 2012
Approval of an Application for Amendment to a Previously Approved Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit submitted by MJS Engineering, P.C., Newmarket, New Hampshire on behalf of Ionian Properties LLC, Dover, New Hampshire to demolish the existing buildings and an accessory shed in order to construct a new five-story, mixed use building. The amendment is to: a) change the exterior siding; and b) relocate the utility connection and relocate the pad mounted transformer to within the 75-foot wetland buffer. Subject property: 10 Pettee Brook Lane; Tax Map 2, Lot 12-11; Central Business Zoning District.
