Amendment to Site Plan for Xemed Holdings
January 9, 2013
Approval of an application for amendment to a previously approved site plan submitted by DeStefano & Associates, Inc., Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on behalf of Xemed Holdings LLC, Durham, New Hampshire for various changes to the site plan including rotating the building to be parallel to the southern property line and adjusting the building to include three floors plus basement in lieu of two floors, a mezzanine and a basement. The property involved is shown on Tax Map 2, Lot 8-3, is located at 16 Strafford Avenue and is in the Professional Office Zoning District.
