April 26, 2023 - PUBLIC HEARING - Forwarded to Town Council for consideration.

Amendments to WCOD and SPOD. The Durham Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 in the Council Chambers of the Durham Town Hall to consider Amendments to the Wetland Conservation and Shoreland Protection Overlay Districts. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and the public hearing will commence sometime after that. The meeting agenda will be posted the Friday prior to the meeting. Copies of the proposed amendments are on file at the Durham Planning Office in the Durham Town Hall as well as on the Durham Town website
