Site Plan Review for 56 Main Street
APPROVED July 10, 2019 - The board approved the revised construction plan on June 12, 2019 with the conditions that: 1) construction may commence when all of the other precedent conditions are met; 2) the applicant return to the Planning Board on July 10 for review (including a public hearing) of 6 specific conditions regarding the construction process and 3) Jenkins Court may not be closed (for installation of the sewer) until the Planning Board determines that the 6 specific conditions are met.

Review of revised construction management plan including plan for outreach to property and business owners on Jenkins Court and Pettee Brook Lane. The site plan was approved on May 22 but the approval included a condition for satisfactory review of a revised construction management plan by the Planning Board. Doug Clark, applicant.
