Durham Wastewater Treatment Facility Odor Control Upgrade

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Odor Control Upgrade including the addition of a new activated carbon odor control systems for the Sludge Processing Building will be received by The Town of Durham at the office of Dept. of Public Works, 100 Stone Quarry Drive, Durham NH 03824 until 3:30 PM. Local Time on February 15th, 2022 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on 2-1-22 at 10:00 AM (local time) held at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, which is located at 50 Piscataqua Road, Durham, New Hampshire 03824.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Bidding Documents may be obtained in PDF format on-line at https://www.wright-pierce.com/projects/. Interested parties will be furnished one PDF download set of Bidding Documents at a cost of $60 per download. No paper sets will be distributed by the Issuing Office.
To be considered a responsive Bidder, the Contractor shall have obtained at least one set of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Bid will not be awarded to a Bidder unless a record for obtaining at least one set of Bidding Documents exists in the Issuing Office. To meet this requirement and to establish the record of receipt, a prospective Bidder must obtain Bidding Documents using the name that is to appear on the Bid Form. Determination of the low bid shall be based on the Total Bid (Base Bid plus Bid Alternates).
