Durham Public Works is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a surplus 1996 Mohawk Automotive Vehicle Lift:

This sale requires a minimum bid of $500.

Bids will be accepted until 11:00am on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Durham Public Works at 11:00am on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. No late bids, faxed, emailed or telephone bids will be accepted. Bid packages may be obtained from Durham Public Works: 100 Stone Quarry Drive, Durham, NH 03824.
The automotive vehicle lift will be sold as is, where is, as shown and without warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. Bidders are advised that when the lift was taken out of service it was functioning and was replaced due to age and concern for reliability. The Town of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
The automotive vehicle lift may be viewed on the premises located at Durham Public Works: 100 Stone Quarry Drive, Durham, NH 03824 by appointment. Please call Durham Public Works at 603-868-5578 to make arrangements.
Upon award of bid, payment, and removal of the entire bid item from Durham Public Works must be completed within seven (7) business days of award or the bid will be disqualified. Payment must be made by cash or certified bank check to the Town of Durham. Once payment is made, the sale is final, and no refunds will be allowed. The bid item will not be released to the successful bidder without a Durham Public Works representative on site.
