Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1600 hours. Please do not leave a voicemail or send an email for any issue requiring immediate action or attention. Voicemails and emails are not monitored outside of normal business hours.
If you call us after hours and you need to speak with the on-duty shift captain (i.e., to obtain a burning permit), just press "0" once you enter our voice mail system. You will be connected with the dispatch center, who can connect you with the shift captain.
